i now hold the illinois state record for strict curls in the submaster pure, 220 pound weight class.



the flat press has always been my favorite lift despite being my weakest.

i slept like shit, i was starving to death and the federation doesnt allow so much as caffeine to aid in performance.

i shouldve gone higher than 315, but hey, what the fuck, i did it the right way.
